To be considered for a position through Blossom Bébés, all applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recent professional experience working with infants, newborns, or young children.
  • Experience working in private homes (required for long-term placements).
  • Ability to commit to a minimum 12-month contract for full-time roles.
  • Willingness to be paid legally as a W-2 employee.
  • Current certification in Infant and Child CPR & First Aid.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Additional qualifications may be required by families, such as:
    A degree or equivalent coursework in child development or related fields
    A valid driver’s license with a clean record
    A current passport and ability to travel if needed
