To be considered for a position through Blossom Bébés, all applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of recent professional experience working with infants, newborns, or young children.
- Experience working in private homes (required for long-term placements).
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12-month contract for full-time roles.
- Willingness to be paid legally as a W-2 employee.
- Current certification in Infant and Child CPR & First Aid.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Additional qualifications may be required by families, such as:
A degree or equivalent coursework in child development or related fields
A valid driver’s license with a clean record
A current passport and ability to travel if needed
